Terms and Conditions

Before participating, please read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:
   • The competition is open to all NFT creators on Launchifi.
   • Participants must be at least 18 years old.

2. Competition Overview:
   • The competition aims to reward NFT creators who successfully launch a 5000+ NFT collection on Polygon using Launchifi.
   • Free mints are allowed.
   • ERC1155 Smart Contract allowed, but total separate unique mint transactions must be greater than 5000 total.
   • Participants must fully mint their collection, ensuring that all NFTs are minted and not air dropped, safe minted, or gifted.
   • Participants must like and retweet the competition post.
   • Participants must follow Launchifi (@launchifi) and Mush (@mushrmofficial) on Twitter.
   • Participants must join the Launchifi Discord.

3. Prize:
   • The total prize pool is $10,000 USD paid in Matic.
   • The first 10 collection owners that successfully complete the challenge will each receive $1,000 USD to the wallet used for their smart contract deployment.
   • The prize will be distributed equally among the winners.

4. Timeline:
   • The competition will start on 07/01/2023 and end on 07/31/2023.
   • Participants must complete their minting before the end date to be eligible for the prize.

5. Winner Selection and Announcement:
   • The first 10 collections that successfully mint out their entire collection will be selected as winners.
   • Winners will be announced 2 weeks after the competition has concluded on Launchifi’s official channels, including Twitter and Discord.

6. Prize Distribution:
   • The $10,000 prize will be distributed in Matic cryptocurrency.
   • Winners will receive their prize within 1 week after the announcement.

7. Intellectual Property:
   • Participants retain the intellectual property rights to their NFT collections.
   • By participating in the competition, participants grant Launchifi the right to use their collection for promotional purposes.

8. Privacy and Data Protection:
   • Launchifi will collect and process participants’ personal information for the purpose of the competition.
   • Launchifi will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.

9. Modification and Termination:
   • Launchifi reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time.
   • Participants will be notified of any changes or termination through Launchifi’s official channels.

10. Limitation of Liability:
    • Launchifi is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or damages that may occur during the competition.
    • Participants are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prize.

11. Governing Law:
    • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.

12. Agreement:
    • By participating in the competition, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participants and Launchifi regarding the competition and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
